There are
many misconceptions about the ways to
lose weight. It is normal to think that cutting off and reducing the amount of
the foods you take play an imporatant role to get rid off some extra pounds, but the truth is that what matters is
quality not quality. This concept of quality vs quantity can change your way of
seeing things. Starving along the way for the hope to lose weight can be
incovenient, for all what it’s going to change is not reducing your weight but
to get you to consume more. This leads to making your situation worse , so
it is essential to know the quality of foods you take in instead of caring
about the quantity.

is because it causes you starve yourself. This in turn leads you to have major
craving afterward, making you lose willpower and eat more than you are suppose
to. It feels like you get out of control emotionally and physically.
